Forum Theatre

We use one or two director / facilitators with a team of three professional actors improvising and enacting scenes concerning the issues being explored.

The audience is divided into three groups. Working with one of the actors they are invited to become directors / scriptwriters in order to explore different outcomes in the scene.

Through heightening verbal, physical, spatial and psychological awareness, Forum Theatre can be used to explore the following issues:

Diversity - Race, Gender, Sexual Orientation and Disability.
Leadership - Management practice.
Harassment - Sexism, Ageism, Bullying.

At no time is the audience required
to perform - Forum Theatre is not
role-play.
